I do understand from talking so some SEs that there is going to be a new client version for each Windows 'update' for Win10 because of the way Windows is doing updates. So my only point of explaining this is to let you know why the customer is gun-shy to roll out a new client. Open a ticket, get a new client, regression test, roll out, different problem. As they were being rolled out another issue popped up as more users were using the software so they stop. For each of these tickets the customer did regression testing and OK'd the upgrade. Wash rinse repeat until finally everything works and then one of the original problems is back again. We get a new client and its fixed, then something else breaks. Why not a recent version? Not that I expect you to look these up, but since we upgraded to get the latest EP functionality we have had things that break.
